Chef TJ started cooking at home in New York. His interest was fueled by the desire to lead a healthier life. It's important to him to nurture his heath to sustain this life for many years to come.

TJ’s favorite thing thus far about being a chef is the never ending amount of information there is to learn. He throughly enjoys applying that knowledge to the creation of a dish & seeing others gather to enjoy the food. A meal brings people together, It feels good to be a small part of that.
